ABOUT ME
I am trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which has roots in and resonances with many disciplines, including attachment theory, the neuroscience of feelings and body-focused approaches. It seeks to undo aloneness and foster new and healing experiences through in-depth processing of difficult emotional and relational experiences.
While AEDP is a "home base" of sorts, I am person-centered and a pragmatist at heart. I will adapt my style to what feels the most comfortable and relevant to you. Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship within which you can explore that which brought you to therapy and the things you uncover while there.

I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute video consultation. Starting work with a therapist can feel intimidating, so if you don't know what to say or ask, that's OK! I can guide you through the consultation with some questions and by telling you a little about me and how we can work together.
